Meet David MacInnes

A native of Jacksonville and a resident of the Jacksonville Beaches area for 36 years, he graduated from Fletcher High School in nearby Neptune Beach and the University of Florida. His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance.  David recently completed his graduate studies with a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Florida.  He lives in Atlantic Beach with his wife and has two adult children. He loves to golf in the Florida's sunshine!!

From college graduation through the '80s, he learned the mortgage business (residential, commercial, construction, and acquisition/development lending) with First Federal and Duval Federal Savings and Loan Associations of Jacksonville.

Self-employed as a Mortgage Broker in the Beaches from 1991 to 1999, he is now Vice President of Beachside Mortgage Services, a Licensed Mortgage Brokerage Business.  David has come to know the Real Estate Professionals, Appraisers, Attorneys, Accountants, and other Business owners and leaders at the "Beaches." He is a member and Trustee of Community Presbyterian Church; member of the Jacksonville-Oceanside Rotary Club; President of the River City Republican Club; serves on the Atlantic Beach Community Development Board; member of the Beaches Business Association; Charter Member of University of Florida Alumni Association; and serves on the Board of the Better Business Bureau of Northeast Florida.  Should you need help getting involved....
